These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website and services provided by Signature Concierge Haul & Transport, a division of Iron Circle LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), located at 4158 N Goldwater Blvd, Scottsdale, AZ 85251. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Services
Signature Concierge Haul & Transport provides concierge-level hauling, junk removal, property cleanouts, dumpster rental rental, debris removal, specialty item removal, and related transport services in the greater Scottsdale and Phoenix metropolitan area.
2. Quotes & Estimates
- All quotes provided are estimates based on information provided by the client at the time of inquiry.
- Final pricing may vary based on actual job conditions, volume of materials, weight, accessibility, and any hazardous materials encountered.
- Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.
- We reserve the right to adjust pricing if the scope of work changes from the original estimate.
3. Scheduling & Cancellations
- Service appointments are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis.
- We request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
- Same-day cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 25% of the quoted price.
- No-shows without prior notice may be charged the full quoted amount.
- We reserve the right to reschedule services due to weather, equipment availability, or safety concerns.
4. Payment Terms
- Payment is due upon completion of services unless prior arrangements have been made.
- We accept cash, check, credit/debit cards, and approved digital payment methods.
- For dumpster rentals, payment or a valid payment method on file is required at the time of delivery.
- Invoiced accounts are due Net 15 unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Late payments may incur a 1.5% monthly finance charge.
- Returned checks are subject to a $35 NSF fee.
5. Dumpster Rental Terms
- Standard rental periods are 7 days. Extensions are available at an additional daily rate.
- Weight limits apply to all dumpsters. Overweight charges will be applied per ton over the included weight allowance.
- Prohibited items include but are not limited to: hazardous waste, chemicals, paint, batteries, tires, asbestos, medical waste, and electronics (unless pre-approved).
- The client is responsible for ensuring the placement area is accessible, level, and free of overhead obstructions.
- Any damage to the placement surface (driveway, property) due to pre-existing conditions is not the responsibility of the Company.
- Clients are responsible for any municipal permits required for dumpster placement on public property.
6. Liability & Limitations
- We carry general liability insurance and commercial auto insurance for all operations.
- Our liability is limited to direct damages and shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service.
- We are not liable for damage to items designated for removal or disposal.
- We are not responsible for items left in furniture, appliances, or containers unless specifically disclosed before service.
- Pre-existing property damage (cracks, stains, weak surfaces) is not our responsibility. We recommend documenting property condition before service.
- We are not liable for delays caused by weather, traffic, municipal restrictions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
7. Property Access & Safety
- Clients must provide safe, clear access to the work area.
- We reserve the right to decline or halt service if conditions are unsafe for our crew.
- Hazardous materials (asbestos, lead paint, chemicals, biological waste) require specialized handling. We will refer you to appropriate specialists if encountered.
- Clients are responsible for disclosing any known hazards on the property.
8. Items for Removal
- Clients must clearly identify all items to be removed before work begins.
- Once items are loaded on our truck, they are considered relinquished. We cannot guarantee retrieval.
- Donatable items may be delivered to local charities at the client's request, but we cannot guarantee acceptance by any specific organization.
- We dispose of materials in compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, images, logos, graphics, and design — is the property of Signature Concierge Haul & Transport / Iron Circle LLC and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our written permission.
10. Website Use
- This website is provided for informational purposes and to facilitate service requests.
- You agree not to use this website for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
- We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the website at any time without notice.
- We are not responsible for any errors or omissions in the content on this website.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Signature Concierge Haul & Transport, Iron Circle LLC, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.
12. Dispute Resolution
- Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.
- The parties agree to first attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith negotiation.
- If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Maricopa County, Arizona.
- The prevailing party in any arbitration or legal proceeding shall be entitled to recover reasonable attorney's fees.
13. Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, extreme weather, pandemics, government actions, labor disputes, equipment failures, or supply chain disruptions.
14. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
15. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
