Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your interaction with our services. Transactional messages (appointment confirmations, scheduling updates) are sent as needed. Marketing messages, if opted in, are limited to no more than 4 messages per month.

Standard message and data rates may apply. Charges depend on your mobile carrier and plan. We are not responsible for any charges incurred from your carrier for receiving text messages.
How to Opt Out
You can opt out of receiving text messages at any time by:
- Replying STOP to any text message from us
- Calling us at (480) 779-8660 and requesting removal
- Emailing cory@SignatureConciergeHaul.com with "UNSUBSCRIBE" in the subject line
After opting out, you will receive a one-time confirmation message. You will not receive any further messages unless you re-subscribe.

No Consent Required for Purchase
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from Signature Concierge Haul & Transport. You may opt out of texts at any time and still use our services.
Supported Carriers
Our text messaging services are supported by all major US carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and others. Coverage is not available in all areas.
Privacy
We will not sell, rent, or share your phone number or any information collected through our text messaging program with third parties for their marketing purposes. Your information is used solely for the purposes described above and in our Privacy Policy.
TCPA Compliance
Our text messaging practices comply with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and all applicable federal and state regulations. We maintain records of consent and provide clear opt-out mechanisms for all recipients.
