Signature Concierge Haul & Transport respects your right to control how we communicate with you. This page outlines your options for managing phone calls, text messages, and email communications.
Phone Calls
Do Not Call Policy
We honor the National Do Not Call Registry and all applicable state Do Not Call regulations. We maintain our own internal Do Not Call list and will add your number within 24 hours of your request.
To be added to our Do Not Call list:
- Call us at (480) 779-8660 and request to be added to the Do Not Call list
- Email cory@SignatureConciergeHaul.com with "DO NOT CALL" in the subject line
Note: Opting out of marketing calls will not prevent us from contacting you regarding active services, scheduled appointments, or outstanding invoices, as these are considered transactional communications.
Call Recording Disclosure
Phone calls to and from our business may be recorded for quality assurance and training purposes. By continuing a call after being notified of recording, you consent to the recording. Arizona is a one-party consent state for call recording.
Text Messages (SMS/MMS)
To opt out of text messages:
- Reply STOP to any text message from us

Email Communications
Marketing Emails
You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by:
- Clicking the "Unsubscribe" link at the bottom of any marketing email
- Emailing cory@SignatureConciergeHaul.com with "UNSUBSCRIBE" in the subject line
We will process your unsubscribe request within 10 business days as required by the CAN-SPAM Act.
Transactional Emails
Even after unsubscribing from marketing emails, you may still receive transactional emails related to:
- Service confirmations and scheduling
- Quotes and estimates you requested
- Invoices and payment receipts
- Important service updates
CAN-SPAM Compliance
All email communications from Signature Concierge Haul & Transport comply with the CAN-SPAM Act of 2003. Our emails include:
- Clear identification of the sender
- Accurate subject lines
- Our physical mailing address
- A clear and conspicuous opt-out mechanism
- Prompt honoring of opt-out requests (within 10 business days)
TCPA Compliance
Our calling and texting practices comply with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA). We:
